Terms of Service

The short version
ShowMyNodes watches your VPSs and tells you when something breaks. It never trades for you, and it can't fix a problem on its own. You keep your subscription running or cancel it whenever you like — but payments already made are not refunded, so use the free trial first.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using ShowMyNodes ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service does — and doesn't do
ShowMyNodes shows you the health of your Windows VPSs, the status of your MetaTrader 5 terminals, and the trades those terminals report. It can send you alerts through Telegram.
ShowMyNodes is a monitoring tool only. It does not place, modify, or close trades. It does not run trading strategies. It does not hold your money. It cannot restart your VPS or your terminal for you. An alert is information — acting on it is always your decision.
3. Your account and your machines
You're responsible for keeping your password safe, for the security and upkeep of your own VPSs, and for keeping your setup files private. Please don't try to reverse-engineer the ShowMyNodes program or our API, resell access, or use the Service to monitor machines you don't have permission to monitor.
4. Trials, billing and cancellation
Every plan starts with a 10-day free trial and no credit card. After that, subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Your access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments already made are not refunded — see our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
If a payment fails or your subscription lapses, we may pause monitoring and alerts on your account until it's brought up to date.
5. Referral program
When someone who signed up through your referral link pays for a subscription, 20% of that payment is credited to your ShowMyNodes wallet. Wallet credit can only be used for your own subscription renewals and upgrades. It cannot be transferred to another account or withdrawn as cash. We may change or end the referral program at any time, though credit you've already earned stays in your wallet.
6. Limits of our responsibility
The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable or that every alert will always arrive — delivery depends on your VPS, your internet connection, and services like Telegram that we don't control.
ShowMyNodes must not be your only safeguard. We are not liable for trading losses, missed alerts, slippage, broker disconnections, or outages at your VPS provider. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or that puts the Service or other customers at risk — and we'll tell you why unless we're legally prevented from doing so.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service develops. If a change materially affects you, we'll update the date above and email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kochi, India.
