Refund Policy
We don't give refunds — please use the free trial
Every plan comes with a 10-day free trial with all features unlocked and no credit card required. That's there so you can be certain before you spend anything. Because of it, we don't refund subscription payments once they're made.
1. Test everything during your trial
Please use the full 10 days. Install ShowMyNodes on the VPS you actually use, connect the MetaTrader terminals you actually run, and turn on Telegram alerts — then leave it running long enough to see it work.
Make sure you're happy with how it performs with your VPS provider and your setup before you subscribe. If anything doesn't work during the trial, tell us and we'll help you fix it — that's what the trial is for.
2. Subscriptions and renewals
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are paid in advance and are non-refundable. When you subscribe, upgrade or renew, you get access for that whole billing period straight away.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your dashboard, and you won't be charged again. Your access carries on until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund the unused days in a period you've paid for.
4. When we will look again
If something has genuinely gone wrong on our side — you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or a serious outage on our end left you without the service you paid for — email [email protected] with your account email, the transaction reference, and what happened. We review these individually and we do put real mistakes right.
