Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Your account details (email address and a hashed password — we cannot read your password). Health information your VPSs send us: processor and memory use, whether each MetaTrader 5 terminal is connected, and the open positions and pending orders those terminals report. Your billing history: which plan you are on, invoices, and payments.

2. What we never collect

We never ask for, receive, or store your broker password, your MT5 investor password, or any trading key. The ShowMyNodes program reads what MetaTrader already displays on your own machine and sends us only that summary. It cannot log in to your broker, and it cannot trade.

3. Signing in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account — nothing else. We use them solely to create and identify your ShowMyNodes account. We do not read, store, or share any other Google data, and we never use Google account information for advertising. You can sign in with an email and password instead if you prefer.

4. Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. A sign-in session lasts up to 14 days unless you sign out. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Who else sees your data

We share the minimum necessary with the services that make ShowMyNodes work:

• Payment processors — Dodo Payments (card payments) and NowPayments (cryptocurrency) handle your payment. They receive the transaction details; we never see or store your full card number.
• Telegram — if you turn on alerts, the alert text is delivered through Telegram's servers to your chosen chat.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Cloudflare — serves parts of the site and helps protect it from attack.
• Email delivery — used to send account emails such as password resets and invoices.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

6. How we protect it

Traffic between your VPS and ShowMyNodes is encrypted, and each VPS is issued its own certificate so we can tell your machines apart from anyone pretending to be them. Your VPS always starts the connection — we never connect in to it, so you never have to open a port. Sensitive settings and tokens are encrypted where we store them.

7. How long we keep it

VPS health history is kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Account and billing records are kept while your account is open, and afterwards only for as long as we are required to keep financial records.

8. Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email [email protected] from your account address and we will action it. Deleting your account removes your VPS history; we may keep invoice records where the law requires it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will update the date above and let you know by email before the change takes effect.

11. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
